      John Hacket moiõns this Court, that a Servant |belonging
      to S^d Hacket) ~~had absen~~ bÿ name Hesther Slaid, had absented
      her Selfe from her S^d master’s Service, as appears bÿ an
      Evidence Sworne before this Court, Whereupon this Court
      orders the S^d Hester to Serve her S^d master for the Space
      of one whole year, and Likewise the S^d Court orders y^e
      S^d Hacket to paÿ the S^d Servant the Sum^e of one tho=
      sand pounds of tobacco for y^e time afs^d
