John Hacket moiõns this Court, that a Servant |belonging to Sd Hacket) her Selfe from her Sd master’s Service, as appears bÿ an Evidence Sworne before this Court, Whereupon this Court orders the Sd Hester to Serve her Sd master for the Space of one whole year, and Likewise the Sd Court orders ye Sd Hacket to paÿ the Sd Servant the Sume of one tho= sand pounds of tobacco for ye time afsd George Green Complaines to this Court, and thereupon produceth a bill of Cost Signed wth George Lumleÿ Clk of Kent Countÿ his name, and the Sd Green makes oath the he received the Sd bill of Cost from one Daniel Pearce of Cecill Countÿ, and that ye Sd Daniel Did Declare |to him ye Sd Georg Green) that ye Sd Geo: Lumleÿ Signed the Sd bill Cost and Delivered it to ye Sd Lumleÿ Disownes, and avereth to ye Court, yt he never Signed nor Delivered ye bill afsd Renatus Smith figned ten Shills Sterg for Courseing is proved against bÿ a Certaine John Hughes; whereupon Mr: John ~ Sallter receives the Sd figne Jerh Smithson Son to Jerh Smithson is bound bÿ this Court to a Certaine Thomas Baileÿ, untill ye Sd orphan Comes of age This Court orders Charles Hollinsworth to keep the fferrÿ att Chester River^for one year& all persons that paÿs their Levÿs in this Countÿ to be free from paÿing for their ferriage in Condraion whereof The Court orders ye Sd Char: 6000 |
