      Considered that the Sayd Edward Chetham, this twenty Seventh day
      of January anno Domi 170½, Recover against the Said Robt:
      Hawkshaw As well the Sume of Eight hundred and ninety
      pounds of Tobacco the debt in the declaration Specifyed
      As the Sum of three hundred and Eighty Seven    — pounds of
      tobacco Cost of Suit And the Defendt. in Mercy &ca.
