Henerÿ Green-	\| upon y^e Case hath not prosecuted his S^d Writt neither
	\| filed anÿ Declⁿ Wherebÿ to^^makeappear his Cause of accõn

       Therefore it is Considered |here) bÿ y^e Court this 28^th Daÿ of 7ber anno 1703
      That y^e S^d William Deacker take nothing for his writt afs^d but be in mercÿ
      for his falce Clamour &c^a & y^t y^e S^d Henerÿ Green Goe thereof w^thout Daÿ
      &c^a It is likewise Considered y^t y^e S^d Henerÿ Green recover ag^t y^e S^d William
      Deacker as well y^e Sum^e of fiftÿ pounds of tob^o for a non Suit according
      to act of assembly as y^e Sum^e of one hundred Eightÿ & five for his Cost
      & Charges laid out & Expended according to y^e form of y^e Statute &c^a bÿ y^e

	he maÿ make appear his Cause of accon) neither bÿ
	him or his ~~S^d~~ att^rÿ The S^d Def^t bÿ Richard Macklin
	his att^rÿ praÿeth a non Suit according to act of assemblÿ

      Daÿ & that y^e S^d ~~James~~ Patrick Doe Recover ag^t y^e S^d James as well
      y^e Sum^e of fiftÿ pounds of tob^o for a non Suit Granted as afs^d as y^e Sum^e
      of one hundred Eightÿ & four pounds of tob^o for his Cost & Charges Sustaine^d

      whereupon y^e S^d Nicholas bÿ Michael Earle his att^rÿ praÿeth a non Suit
      according to act of assemblÿ, w^ch is Granted ~
           Therefore It is Considered bÿ y^e Court here this Daÿ to witt y^e 28^th daÿ
      of 7ber anno Dni 1703 y^t y^e S^d Nicholas recover ag^t y^e John as well y^e
      Sum^e of fiftÿ pounds of tobacco for a non Suit as afs^d as y^e Sum^e of
      one hundred Eightÿ & four pds of tob^o Cost of Suit laid out & Expended —
      according to y^e form of y^e Statute, It is all Soe Considered bÿ y^e S^d Court
