      Two hundred pounds of tob^o ~~[illegible]~~ Cost of Suit, And y^e bÿ good and Lawfull
      men of yo^r Bailewick y^w: make knowne unto y^e S^d partÿ in whose hands y^w
      make the Same attachm^t: y^t he or theÿ be and appear before our Jus=
   : tices att y^e time & place first above mentioned to Shew Cause (if anÿ) whÿ
      the Same ought not to be Condemned in his her or their hands for Satis=
   =faction of y^e Debt and Cost afs^d hereof faile not att y^r p^rill and
      have y^w: then there this writt wittness Elias King Gentⁿ Cheife
      Justice of our S^d Court the 27th Daÿ of aug^t in the Second year of
      our Reigne &c^a annoq Dni 1703 Earle p^r Se                 GLumleÿ Clk

          And now this Daÿ to witt the twentÿ Eight Daÿ of 7ber anno Dni
      1703 being the Daÿ of the retⁿ of the writt The Sher^f makes retⁿ thereof
      Endorsed as fallow’s viz^t    These are to Certifie the Justices w^thin men=
   : tioned y^t I have attached of the goods & Chattells of y^e w^thin Specifÿed —
      Edward ffreÿ one horse vallue one thousand pounds of tobacõ to
      Satisfÿe unto y^e within named Michael Earle part of y^e w^thin Debt
      & Cost Specifÿed before Charles Hollinsworth Jun^r: & Tho: Usher
      good & Lawfull men of mÿ Bailewick as this writt Exacteth and
      requireth    p^r me John Hawkins Sher^f.
          And now here this Same Daÿ & year the Said pltf prays Condemnation
      of the p^rmises w^ch |nemini Contra Dicentÿ) was Graⁿted, as well for y^e
      Debt & Cost as for y^e Sum^e thirtÿ Eight pds of tobacco Cost of Suit acc=

GLumleÿ Ex^r of Edward ffreÿ	\| Be it remembered y^t on y^e 22^th Daÿ of June in y^e
	Second year of her majesties Reigne Anne &c^a. an^o
	1703 Came into Court Cornelius Comegÿs bÿ Richard
- - - -	- Macklin his att^rÿ & Exhibitted to her majesties Jus^tices:

      of Kent Count Court now Setting his Certaine bill ag^t Georg Lumleÿ Clk
      of Kent Countÿ Ex^r of y^e last will and Testam^t of Edward ffreÿ als
      Dicts Edward ffreÿ of Kent Countÿ Inholder latelÿ Deceased, here p^rsent
      in Court in his proper p^rson of a plea y^t he render him y^e Sum^e of fifteen
      pounds Seaventeen Shillings Moneÿ of England which from him he un=
      =justlÿ Detaines —
           And whereupon the S^d pltf bÿ his afsd att^rÿ Saÿs y^t whereas y^e S^d Edwrd
      in his life time to witt y^e tenth Daÿ of aprill anno Dni 1703 at Kent Countÿ
      w^thin y^e Jurisdiction of this Court bÿ his Certaine ~~bill or~~ writeing obli=
      =gatorÿ Sealed w^th his Seal as his act & Deed Delivered & here in Court produced
      whose Date is y^e Daÿ and year afs^d Did obliege himselfe his heires Ex^rs:
      adm^rs: to paÿ unto the S^d Cornelius Comegÿs his heires Ex^rs adm^rs: or assignes the
      afs^d Sum^e of fifteen pounds Seaventeen Shillings Sterll^g Moneÿ of England
      on all Demands after y^e Daÿ of the Date of y^e S^d writeing obligatorÿ
      yett notw^thstanding the S^d Edward ffreÿ in his lifetime and y^e afs^d George
      after y^e Death of y^e S^d Edward ffreÿ alltho^h often required y^e afs^d —

      but y^e Same to him to render have Denÿed & y^e afs^d George y^e Same
