      To the Court that he hath Compleÿed wth ye act of assemblÿ in ordr for an attachmt
      and therefore praÿs that one maÿ unto him be Granted, wch being being bÿ ye

     Sd William Harris have an attmt | unto him Granted ) agt ye Sd John Joanes for
      the Debt & Cost | secundum legem : ) upon [illegible] Condition according to
