     S^d William Harris have an attm^t | unto him Granted ) ag^t y^e S^d John Joanes fo^r
      the Debt & Cost | ~~secundu^m legem~~ : ) upon ~~[illegible]~~ Condition according to

Natt^ll: Wright	\| This being an accõn of Debt for y^e Sum^e of Six hundred
ag^t	\| and thirtÿ nine pounds of Tob^o ~~Debt~~ brought bÿ the
William Burris	\| S^d pltf ag^t the Said Def^t, an here in Court the Said
	pltf praÿs baile according to ~~w^ch~~ Law, w^ch is Granted him
	Comes George Powell & becomes Baile accordinglÿ, but

      The S^d Def^t, |after) Comes into Court in his prop^r p^rson & Confesseth Judg^t
      and Saÿeth y^t he can not Gainsaÿ the pltf in his accõn Soe as afs^d, brought
      nor but that he is & Stands Justlÿ Indebted unto the S^d Nathaniel in full Sum^e
      of Six hundred and thirtÿ nine pds of tobacco Debt as afs^d, is the^refore willing
      that Jdg^t be Int^rd ag^t P Ditto

	Their accoñ brought, and is therefore willing that Jug^t be Intred
