      Edward Wallvin Comes into Court & proves an acc^t of Runaway time
      against his Servant man Edward Richards P w^ch acc^t is allowed him
      according to act of assemblÿ in Such Cases made & provided

      Mathew Dowler Comes into Court and his Servant woman named ~
      Ellin^r Mahaw [?], who is w^th Child, and being Examined y^e father of Said
      Child, She makes oath that a Certain John Raggs [Ragys?] is y^e father of
      the Said Child, and the S^d John being Examined, he ownes y^e S^d fact ~
      The Said woman being fined for haveing a bastard The Said Mathew
      Dolwer assumes y^e paÿm^t of S^d feigne being four hundred pounds
      of Tobacc, In Consideration of w^ch assumption the Said Ellin^r remitts
      her Corn & assumes to paÿ y^e Said Mathew one hundred pounds of tob^o
      more, And allsoe I’ts adjudged p^r S^d Court that y^e Said Ellin^r & John
      Doe Serve their Said Master four months Each for y^e Damãges Done
      and y^e S^d Mathew oblieges himself to Sur^rend^r y^e S^d p^rties up
      to y^e Court att y^e Expiracion of S^d time ~~
