      It is Therefore Consdered bÿ the Court here this twentÿ fourth Daÿ of august anno
      Dni 1703 That the Said James Wroth recover against the S^d George Lumleÿ as
      Ex^r of Edward ffreÿ The Sum^e of Six pounds: & four pence Debt as afores^d & y^e
      Cost of Suit that y^e Law alloweth in Such Cases; That is the S^d pltf to recover
      The S^d Judgm^t when ~~assests~~ assetts of y^e S^d Intestates Estate in the S^d Ex^rs hands
      and the Def^t in mercÿ &c^a.                                                    Geo: Lumleÿ Clk

ag^t	\| James Wroth bÿ Richard Macklin his Att^rÿ and Exhibitted to her maj^ties Justices of Kent
Ditto	\| Countÿ Court Judiciallÿ Setting his Certaine bill of ag^t George Lumleÿ Gentⁿ Clk of Kent
	Countÿ Ex^r of y^e last will & Testam^t of Edwd ffreÿ late of Kent Countÿ Deceased here
	p^rsent in Court in his p^rp^r p^rson of a plea of trespass upon the Case ~~ as maÿ

      more att large appear, bÿ a Declaⁿ ~~find~~ and an acc^t thereunto annexed & filed in
      This Court in Due form of Law;
      And the S^d Ex^r Comes, & appears, & Saÿeth that he can not Gainesaÿ y^e pltf in his
      accõn Soe as against him brought, nor but y^t y^e S^d Deceased maÿ be ^^Justlÿ Indebted
      unto the Said pltf in the Sum^e of one thosand Eight hundred & Sixtÿ pounds of
      tob^o as appears p^r y^e S^d pltfs acc^t ag^t y^e S^d Deceased, and is there willing to paÿ
      the Same acc^t to y^e S^d pltf, when assetts, & upon y^e Same Confesseth Judgm^t:

      It is Therefore Considered bÿ the Court here this 24^th Daÿ of august anno Dni
      1703 That the S^d James Wroth recover against y^e S^d George Lumleÿ in S^d Capa:
      : citie, | That is when y^e S^d George have assetts of y^e S^d Deceaseds Estate ) y^e Sum^e
      as well the Sum^e of one thousand Eight hundred & Sixtÿ pounds of tob^o Debt as
      afs^d as y^e Sum^e of Tob^o | allowed bÿ y^e Law in Such Cases & y^e Def^t in mercÿ &c^a:

      him brought nor but y^t y^e S^d Deceased is & Stands Justlÿ Indebted in y^e Sum^e
      of five hundred & Sixtÿ nine pounds of tob^o as p^r S^d note or Script annexed
      to S^d Declaⁿ y^e Same appears, & is therefore willing y^t Judg^t be Intred ag^t
      him in ^^his Capatie, when assetts :

      That the S^d John Dowdall Doe recõver against the S^d George in S^d
      Capacitie as well the Sum^e of five hundred Sixtÿ & nine pounds of
