      Batchellr. of London and wadeing att anchor in ye Said Chester River to
      transport & Carrÿ ye Same from ye aforesd Chester River to ye port of London in
      old England there to be Delivered in good order and well Conditioned the Danger
      of ye Seas onelÿ Excepted unto one Edward Wright for ye Condrãcõn of four
      pounds Sterg moneÿ for ye freight thereof in Condrãcõn whereof ye Said ~
      William upon himselfe did assume and unto ye Said Anne when Sole then and
      there faithfullÿ prmissed that he ye Said Willm: ye aforesd two hhds of tobo
      to London afsd wold Carrÿ & them there | that is to Saÿ att London aforesd )
      to ye aforesd Edward Wright for ye aforesd Anne well & faithfullÿ &
      Safelÿ wold to ye Said Edward Wright Deliver notwthstanding the Said William
