     Kent Ss/ The Jurors for Our Lady The Queen That now is for The
        Body of Kent County upon Their Oaths Do p^rsent James Hollis als D[ictus]
        James Hollis of Kent County planter for That The said James The
        27^th day of feb^ry Ann^o Domⁱ 1702 at Easter Neck hundred in Kent
        County w^thin The Jurisdicõn of This Court, w^th force & Arms Did
        beat & Evilly entreat Jn^o. Hodges Cunstable of The Affs^d hundred
        And other harms to him did doe ag^t The peace of Our Lady The
        Queen and ag^t The forme of The statute &c^a- Macklin p^r Dom^a Regi^a ~
          W^ch Bill was endorsed Billa vera p^r W^m Comagis foreman
        And now here This Twenty Second day of June Ann^o Domⁱ 1703 The
        Said James Hollis being Cald to The barr Submitts to The Court -
        upon The Indictm^t Affs^d, And its Therefore Considerd by The Court
        here this day That The Said James Hollis be Clearly Acquitted &
        discharged from paying his fine According to Act of Assembly
                                    of    Court
          And The officers ^ att The same time acquitts all Their ffees

Rob^t. Wilkinson	\| Oaths do p^rsent Robert Wilkinson & Elizabeth his wife als
& ux^r —	\| Dicus Robert Wilkinson of Kent County planter & Eliz^th
	his wife for felloniously takeing Sixteen Gallons of Rum
	of The price of Nine hundred & Sixty pounds of Tobacco
	belonging to A certain Edw’d Scott ~~w^ch Said~~ —— ———

      W^ch Said p^rsentment was form’d into a bill of Indictm^t upon w^ch
       bill of Indictm^t. The Court Orderd The Clk to Ent^r. a non pross.

Eliz^th: Wilkinson	\| p^rsent Eliz^th Wilkinson otherwise Called Eliz^th Wilkinson

        Wife of Robert Willkinson of Kent County for That she The said
        Eliz^th The 20^th day of feb^ry Ann^o. Domⁱ 1702 at Isleand hundred
        in Kent County w^thin The Jurisdiccõn of This Court by force & Arms
        vidz^t. Swords & staves &c^a. 1 shert sixe Turkeys one funnell of
        The price of 276^lb Tobacco The proper goods & Chattells of a ~
        Certain John Hawkins feloniously she did take ag^t The peace
        of Our Lady The Queen & ag^t The forme of The Act of
        Assembly in That Case Made and p^rvided
                                                                            Macklin p^r Dom^a Reg^a.
     The above bill was Thus Endorsd vidz^t Rob^t. Dunn foreman ~~
      and The Said Eliz^th Wilkins haveing been Called to The barr Appears
      & prays Tryall of The premisses This Court w^ch being granted —
        The Said Eliz^th for plea to The Indictm^t. Affs^d Says she is not Guilty
        And Therofor puts her selfe for Tryall upon her Countrey ——
           And The said Richd Macklin who followes for Our Lady The
           Queen in like Manner ——————————
      There upon Comand is given to The sherf of Kent County
      that he Imediately Cause to come here Twelve &c^a by whome &c^a-
      who doth not &c^a to Recognize &c^a because as well &c^a-
