        27th day of febry Anno Domi 1702 at Easter Neck hundred in Kent
        County wthin The Jurisdicõn of This Court, wth force & Arms Did
        beat & Evilly entreat Jno. Hodges Cunstable of The Affsd hundred
        And other harms to him did doe agt The peace of Our Lady The
        Queen and agt The forme of The statute &ca- Macklin pr Doma Regia ~
          Wch Bill was endorsed Billa vera pr Wm Comagis foreman
        And now here This Twenty Second day of June Anno Domi 1703 The
        Said James Hollis being Cald to The barr Submitts to The Court -
        upon The Indictmt Affsd, And its Therefore Considerd by The Court
        here this day That The Said James Hollis be Clearly Acquitted &
        discharged from paying his fine According to Act of Assembly
