Hollis [?] for Battry & beating Jon Hodges James being Indicted appears before this Court & Submitts to the Sd Indictmt therefore the Court remitted the officers forgives their ffees John Deal appears as bound pr Recoge: and is by the Court Dis: charged William Browne is | by this Court) Discharged & Sett ffree from ~ the Service of John Jones James Donaha figned ten Shillg | for Coussing & Swearing Contrarÿ to Law: ) Jacob Caulk is figned five Shills | for Swearing ) wch: Mr: Elias King Received Chrÿstopher Pinder is figned | according to Law ) for not appearing upon the Jurÿ And the Court remitts the afsd fyne/ Samll: Taÿlor haveing formrly petitiond the Ordinarÿ It was Grantd him to keep it att Chester mill; Butt now upon the pettn: of Richd Macklin the Court Doe Grant him to keep ordinarÿ upon the Court house Land, & to build where they Shall Direct him for Seaven years |
