     and eighty Six pounds of good Sound merchantable tobo:
      And Casq picks and Culled clear from all dull Spotted moultrey Trashey
      and ground Leaves in well Seasoned Casqs &ca:
                And a Copy of the decln having been Sent with the writt in
      order for an Attachment the Plaintf by Richd. Macklin his Attry
      prays yt. her Majtys Said writt of Attachment may unto him
      be granted for ye. debt afd & Cost of Suit
                It is therefore Considered by the Court here this twenty third day
      of March Anno 1702// that the Said Richard Bennet recover
      against the Said John Jones As well the Sume of five thousand Seven
                                   Six
      hundred and Eighty ^ pounds of tobacco the debt afd As the Sume of~
      Two hundred and forty Two ~ ~ pounds of tobacco cost of Suit to be —
      Levyed Upon the goods Chattells or Creditts of the sd. John Jones by
      way of Attachment according to Act of Assembly~ &ca.
