        Francis Shepheards Servt. to Wm. Sparks Junr. is order’d to Serve his Sd
        Master for Seventeen days runaway time upon An Account therefore
        Drawn up by Claudius Dutitre & proved by the wife of Wm. Hollinsworth
        of Talbot County ~ According to Law ~

        Mr. Wm. Sweatnam proves An Account of runaway time for forty Seven
        days agt. his Servt. Mollattoe Jack.    likewise Joshua Sweatnam~
        proves an Account of More time agt. Do. for eighty eight days ~
        in all one One hundred and thirty five days for which the Said
        Mullattoe is orderd to Serve thirteen hundred and fifty days according
        Law
        ======= The grand Jury deliver up their presentmts. and order’d to have
        Creditt At Edward Frys for five hundred pounds of tobacco ~

        Order’d that Thomas Hindsley be overseer of the roads from Elliots
        branch to Chester Mill~

        upon the Peto. of Henry Green and Lucy his wife it is ordered yt.
        a certaine Thomas Seward being an Orphan bound to Wm. Dekers
        be taken from the Said Deckers Service. and The Court will take
        care of him ~ ~

      at |    Now Comes into Court and Acknowledgeth himself to be Justly -

     in the full Sume of twenty pounds Sterg. likewise comes into
      Court John Loyd and Charles Hollinsworth Junr. And Acknowledge themselves
      to be Srãlly indebted as afd in the Sume of ten pounds Sterg each. the Sd
      Srãll    Sumes to be Levyed Respectivly of their and every of their
      goods and Chells Lands and tenements to the use of her Said Majty
      her heires or    Sucessors in Case the above bound Wm. Carman~ do not
      Make his prsonall Appearance at this next Court and in the mean—
      time be of good    behaviour and Abbeare &ca. ~

        Richard Green bound in twenty pounds Sterg. As abovesd. to be levyed –
      as abovesd    upon Condition yt. he appear not as an Evidence agt Said
      Wm. Carman at next Court ~ Charles Hollinsworth bound in do. Sume
      to Appear as afd and John Hamer bound for his Appeare as an Evide ut Supra
