      M^r. William Glanvile Comes into Court and Makes oath y^t. his Serv^t: Man—
      Anthony Chernox absented himself unlawfully from his Service for the
      Space of Six days. and the S^d. Serv^t. is thereupon order’d to Serve Secdm legm

      The aboves^d. W^m. Glanvile Appointed overseer of the highway for Swan
      :creek Road and to turn the S^d Road by Robert Pearks as he thinks fitt ~

      Charles Wright Appointed Cunstable in place of George Smith~~
   ——
      James Wyat Cunstable in place of John Nicholson
   ——
      John Nicholson Appointed Overseer of the high ways for Island hundred –
   ——
      Ordered that Henry Williams upon his pet^o. have leave to clear a road —
      thro’. the woods to Church, Mill and Landing as Shall be most convenient
   ——
      Sarah Joce makes oath to An Account of Seven days Runaway time
      Against her Serv^t Kath^e. Toomey. who is thereupon orderd to Serve
      According to Law ~

      John Ricketts and Eliz^a. his wife Appearing according to a certⁿ. Recogn^e
      taken by the WorÞfull Elias King were discharged therefrom And —
      Committed into the Custody of the Sher^f there to remaine untill next Court

        Edward Daniel being order’d to give Security for his appear^e &c^a. untill
      Next Court Acknowledge himself to be firmly bound unto her Sacred —
      Majty Queen Anne &c in the Just Sume of twenty pounds Ster^g ~ like —
      : wise Comes into Court Tho^s. Usher and Edw^d. Carroll and Acknowledge them:
      Selves to be Severally indebted unto her afd Majty in the Sume of
      ten pounds Ster^g Each. the S^d Srãll Sume to be Levyed Respectivly of
      their and Evry of their Goods and Chattells Lands and tenem^ts. to the use
      of her Said Majty her    heires and Successors in Case the above bound –
      Edward Daniel do not make his p^rsonall Appearance at this next Court to be
      held for this County And in the mean time be of good behaviour and Abbear^e &c^a:
