===================================================== Imprs That All Accõns brought before This Court by any Attorney belonging to ye [illegible] if The Accõn miscarry by his neglect whereby his Clyent is damnified The A[ttry] That brought Such Accõn Shall Make his Client Satisfaciõn ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 2dly:- That all Declarations be fild wth. The Clk within fifteen days after [appearing] ~ ~ Entered ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 3dly:~-That all pleas be fild wth. The Clk within five Days before The Court of Tryall which Shall be The next Court after Appearance Enterd, Except Suffitient [illegible] Shewn to The Contrary to be allowed of by The Court and That all Issues be [taken] up The first day of The Court, ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 4thly:~-That The Attorneys Order Their pleadings regularly first plaints Attorny to Open ye Cause wthout Interruption & then The Defendts- Attorny to make his defence in ye Same Manner, The pltfs Attorny to have ye Close in pleading And Neither use Any undecent Speaches each to Other under ye [illegible] of Two Shillings Sixe pence to be paid by Any Attorny faileing in any of ye affsd Artickles ~ ~ ~ 5thly:~~ In all Accõns where The fact is Tryed by a petit Jury The Severall and respective Jurors Are hereby Warned that after They have agreed on Their verdict They keep The Same Secret untill The Court demand Their verdict Publickly under ye penalty of Two Shillgs & Six pence Or according to The Nature of The Matter as ye Court Shall Think fitt ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 6thly~~ Order That all prsons Sumoned as Jurors or Evidences to Any Certaine Court if The Sd. Court happen to be Adjournd to Some Other day The prsons So Sumond are hereby required to make [illegible?] Appearance at The Sd Adjourned Court According to ye Nature of The Sumõns wthout any ffurther Notice from ye Sherf ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 7thly That Sheriff on every Court day do retorne his writts to The Clk by Nine of The Clock in The Morning under The penalty of One hundred pounds of Tobacco wthout Some Suffitient [illegible] allowd of by The Sd ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 9thly That Any prson Comeing into Court when Sitting wth Their Pipes in Their Mouthes Smoaken Except The Justices, High Sherf, Attorneys, & Clk Shall pay to ye Cryer for Such Contempt one Shilling Sterling ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 10thly That No prson prsume to Speak in Open Court wthout leave first pray’d & Obtaind under The penalty [illegible] One Shilling Sterl: to be Imediately paid before ye prson So offendins. departure out of Court or Sitt half An hour in The Stocks ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Caled, Or Any Jury Man or Evidence Sumõnd, That Then by ye ffavour of The Court a mess[age?] be Sent to Call The Sd Suitors, Jurrors, or Evidences Sumond, as affsd) ye Sd parties So negl[ecting?] or refuseing to Appear As Affsd when by The Cryer Solemnly Called Shall pay to ye mess[enger] Sent by ye Court, The Sume of Two Shillings 12thly: Order pr This Court That The Clk Receive no Pleas if They Come not his hand in due time pr The 3d Rule Appears, & yt Such Attorny So neglecting Shall pay ye damãge & Cost of Suit Accrueing to his Clyent ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 13thly Orderd That Where The Defendt Craves Oyer of The Pltfs power at ye Appearance Courts or [illegible] The Court if The pltf be nonsuited, ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 14th Orderd That No Attachmt.
