may not exceed the equivalent annual tuition and mandatory
fees OF AN UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM at the University of
Maryland.

(a)  A Delegate may award two part-time scholarships
for each full-time scholarship available.

(b)  A part-time scholarship may not be for more than
twice as many years as a full-time scholarship.

(c)  Each recipient of a part-time scholarship shall
carry at least 6 semester hours of courses each semester in
[an undergraduate] A program leading to a degree.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

Wicomico County - State's Attorney

FOR the purpose of providing that the State's Attorney for
Wicomico County may appoint assistant State's Attorneys
on certain terms, conditions, and salaries as approved
by the Wicomico County Council; and eliminating the
deputy State's Attorney position for Wicomico County;
and generally relating to the State's Attorney and
assistant State's attorneys for Wicomico County.
