[(c)](B) FROM THE MONEYS APPROPRIATED FOR EACH OF THE
FIRE COMPANIES IN SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS SECTION, $5,000
SHALL BE PLACED INTO A CAPITAL ACCOUNT BY THE RESPECTIVE
FIRE COMPANIES, AND SHALL ONLY BE USED FOR CAPITAL
EXPENDITURES. The money so appropriated and paid to the
aforesaid fire companies shall be used by the said companies
only for the purpose of purchasing, OPERATING, and repairing
fire apparatus and equipment; provided, however, that no
payments shall be made to any company which has any
regulations or resolutions limiting the territory within
which it will respond to calls.
(C) EACH FIRE COMPANY RECEIVING COUNTY FUNDS SHALL
CONDUCT AN ANNUAL AUDIT AND SUBMIT THE RESULTS OF THE AUDIT
PROVIDE AN ACCOUNTING OF THE EXPENDITURES OF SUCH FUNDS TO
THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning
Calvert County - Historical Preservation
FOR the purpose of providing that the Hemlock Stand on
Hellen Creek and the Chesapeake Beach Railway Museum
may receive money from the Calvert County Commissioners
for historic preservation; repealing the eligibility of
the Marine Museum of Calvert County from receiving the
funds; and deleting unnecessary and outdated language.
