SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Education

6-203.

(a) This section applies only to the county boards of
the following counties:

(1)	Anne Arundel;
(2)	Calvert;
(3)	Charles;
(4)	Harford;
(5)	Montgomery; [and]
(6)	Baltimore City; AND
