AN ACT concerning

Commissioner of Labor and Industry - Extending Time
Limitation to Accept Certain Federal Funds

FOR the purpose of extending a time limitation on the
provision permitting the Commissioner of Labor and
Industry to accept certain federal money.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 336 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1976
Section 2 (as amended by Chapter 49 of the Acts of
1978)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL    ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That chapter(s) of the Acts of    the General

Assembly be repealed, amended, or enacted    to read as
follows:

Chapter 49 of the Acts of 1978

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976. It shall remain effective
for a period of [four] 6 years and, at the end of June 30,
[1980] 1982, and with no further action required by the
General Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and of no
further force and effect.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 30, 1980.

laws relating generally to dogs.

Article 18 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
