AN ACT concerning

Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners - Examination

Fees

FOR the purpose of increasing the examination fee for
veterinary license applicants.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 2-307(b)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1974 Volume and 1979 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Agriculture

2-307.

(b) An applicant for the examination shall pay a [$50]
$75 fee to the Board secretary at the time he files his
application.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
