COMPTROLLER MAY ALLOW THE SUBTRACTION TO THE NEAREST $100.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER concerning

Reorganization of State Government - The Office
of Minority Affairs

FOR the purpose of abolishing the Office of Minority
Business Enterprise as part of the Department of
Economic and Community Development; making the Office
of Minority Affairs a statutory office in the Executive
Department; transferring the personnel and
appropriations of the Office of Minority Business
Enterprise to the Office of Minority Affairs; and
providing for the duties and responsibilities of the
Office.
