ARE SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 49B OF THE CODE

THAT CONCERN DISCRIMINATION AND UNLAWFUL PRACTICES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as the
last sentence of Art. 41, § 266-O(3).

The only changes are in style.

13-104. EFFECT OF FINDINGS OF AUTHORITY.

ANY FINDING OR DETERMINATION BY THE AUTHORITY AS TO THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS SUBTITLE IS CONCLUSIVE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as the
fifth sentence of Art. 41, § 266-O(3).

The present reference to a finding or
determination by "the mortgagor" is deleted.
This reference is inconsistent with the like
reference to the Authority and, as such,
apparently unintended.

THERE IS A MARYLAND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FINANCING
AUTHORITY IN THE DEPARTMENT, ESTABLISHED AS A BODY CORPORATE
AND POLITIC.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the first clause
of Art. 41, § 266M(a).

It is set forth as a separate section for
emphasis.

The present reference to the Authority as a
"public instrumentality of the State" is deleted
as unnecessary.
