BILL 2

AN ACT to amend Chapter 169 of the Wicomico County Code
titled "Mobile Home" by repealing and reenacting with
amendments and additions, Section 169-2, Subsection B,
titled "Maintenance of Premises; Insect and Rodent Control",
to add a provision requiring mobile home park owners to
maintain park streets free and clear of snow and ice.

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County finds it
advisable to amend the mobile homes chapter of the Wicomico
County Code, to add a requirement that mobile home park
streets be maintained to be free and clear of snow and ice
for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of Wicomico County.

BILL 3

AN ACT to amend Chapter 174 of the Wicomico County Code
titled "Nuisances, Public Health" by repealing and
reenacting with amendments and additions, said Chapter 174,
in its entirety, for the purpose of redefining the
nuisances enumerated, adding certain provisions naming
additional nuisances, and to add a provision correcting and
updating the provision dealing with violations and
penalties, and otherwise updating and clarifying said
Chapter 174.

WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County finds it
advisable to amend the "Nuisances, Public Health" Chapter of
the Wicomico County Code for the purpose of redefining the
nuisances enumerated, adding certain provisions naming
additional nuisances, and to add a provision correcting and
updating the provision dealing with violations and penalties
for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of Wicomico County.

BILL 4

AN ACT to authorize Wicomico County, Maryland, to make
an appropriation of Thirty-five Thousand, Nine Hundred and

Forty-nine Dollars ($35,949.00)---------for current

expenses of the Wicomico County Humane Society, Inc. for the
year 1979-1980.
