the County Executive to establish a fee per residence for
costs associated with the issuance of a permit.

AN ACT concerning

Purchasing Procedures

FOR the purpose of clarifying the exemption of any
corporation listed on the American Stock Exchange or the New
York Stock Exchange from the requirement for filing a
statement of ownership; providing that negotiated contracts
may be used for procurement when there is a brand name
preference for items purchased for resale by the Department
of Corrections only; and making certain technical
corrections.
