AN ACT concerning

Probationary Employees

FOR the purpose of amending the personnel law to
authorize appointing authorities to dismiss probationary
employees at any time during the probationary period upon
certain grounds and to require that the appointing authority
provide the employee with a statement of the reasons for
dismissal.
