The Landlord-Tenant Commission

FOR the purpose of requiring utility companies
providing services to landlords to give notice of
discontinuance of service to the Executive Director of the
Landlord-Tenant Commission at the same time notice is given
to the landlord, requiring the Director to convene a hearing
