AN ACT concerning

Litter and Weeds

FOR the purpose of providing that the provisions of
Division 3 of Subtitle 14 of the Prince George's County
Code, the Anti-Litter and Weed Ordinance, shall apply to any
real property.

EMERGENCY BILL

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Public Dances

FOR the purpose of requiring the County Council to
approve the grant of a license for public dances where a
municipality recommends denial of a permit for a location
within its municipal boundaries; to designate a municipality
as a party to a license proceeding and to authorize
revocation of a dance license where dancing substantially
contributes to the disturbance of the quiet enjoyment and
reasonable use of property in the area.
