AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 17-709 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", and to
enact new Section 17-709 in lieu thereof to stand in the
place of the Section repealed; to levy and impose a tax on
consideration received for parking of motor vehicles in
certain places; to provide for the rate and method of
collection thereof; to provide interest and penalties for
failure to comply with and violation of the provisions of
said Section; and matters generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 17-710 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7 "Miscellaneous Taxes", and to
enact new Section 17-710 in lieu thereof to stand in the
place of the Section repealed; to levy and impose a tax on
consideration for keeping, storing or docking boats; to
provide certain exemptions from the tax; to provide the rate
and method of collection thereof; to provide interest and
penalties for failure to comply with and violation of the
provisions of said Section; and matters generally related
thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 11-410A of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 11, "Health and Welfare",
Subtitle 4, "Sanitary Landfills" to revise the existing fee
schedule for the disposal of wastes at County owned and/or
operated sanitary landfills.
