"Supervision and Licensing of Dogs"
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Section 117-B of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and
1973 Supplement, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" subtitled
"Supervision and Licensing of Dogs" to follow after Section
117-A, to establish and re-define the authority of the
Allegany County Dog Warden and to establish a procedure for
the issuance of citations or ordinance violations.

"CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BOND ISSUE OF 1979"
A PUBLIC LOCAL LAW TO AUTHORIZE AND EMPOWER THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF ALLEGANY COUNTY, FROM TIME TO TIME, TO
BORROW NOT MORE THAN [FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($4,500,000)] FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($5,500,000) FOR THE PUBLIC PURPOSES DESCRIBED
HEREIN, AND TO EFFECT SUCH BORROWING BY THE ISSUANCE AND
SALE AT PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SALE OF ITS GENERAL OBLIGATION
BONDS IN LIKE PAR AMOUNT; EMPOWERING AND DIRECTING THE
COUNTY TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
15(4) OF ARTICLE 25B OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1973
REPLACEMENT VOLUME) PRIOR TO ISSUING ALL OR ANY PART OF THE
BONDS; EMPOWERING AND DIRECTING THE COUNTY TO LEVY AD
VALOREM TAXES IN RATE AND AMOUNT SUFFICIENT TO PROVIDE FUNDS
FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE MATURING PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON
THE BONDS; EXEMPTING THE BONDS FROM THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTIONS 9 TO 11, INCLUSIVE, OF ARTICLE 31 OF THE ANNOTATED
CODE OF MARYLAND (1976 REPLACEMENT VOLUME); AND RELATING
GENERALLY TO THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF SUCH BONDS.
