repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 7-1979

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
MANCHESTER ADOPTED NOVEMBER 12, 1957 BY CORRECTING AN
INTERNAL REFERENCE IN 8-18(d) FROM PARAGRAPH 15 TO THE
INTENDED REFERENCE 8-12.

[Section C4-4D of the Charter of the Town of
Manchester, Section 8-18(d) Code of Public Local Law of
Carroll County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date March 30, 1979]
