OF ARTICLE 23 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF WICOMICO
COUNTY (1978 EDITION), TITLE "HEBRON", SUBTITLE "WATER",
RELATING TO THE HOLDING OF A REFERENDUM BEFORE ISSUING BONDS
FOR ANY IMPROVEMENT TO THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF
HEBRON.

[Section HC9—17 (Section 154) of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Wicomico County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 7-79

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of
Hyattsville proposed pursuant to Article 32A, Section 11
through 18, titled "Corporations - Municipal", subtitled
"Charter Amendments" of the Annotated Code of Maryland to
amend Article VI of the Charter of the City of Hyattsville,
for the purpose of adding Section 6-0, City Administration
for the purpose of creating the position of City
Administration and defining its duties.

[Section 45-6-0 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, added.

RESOLUTION NO. 9-79

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of
Hyattsville proposed pursuant to Article 32A, Section 11
through 18, titled "Corporations - Municipal", subtitled
"Charter Amendments" of the Annotated Code of Maryland to
amend Article III, § 3-4 of the Charter of the City of
Hyattsville, for the purpose of increasing the penalties set
forth therein and creating the penalty of municipal
infraction.

[Section 45-3-4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement, repealed and added.
