report of the Council concerning the matters set
forth in paragraphs 3(b) and (c) shall be
submitted to the Task Force by June 1, 1981 and
the final report of the Task Force, including
appropriate legislative proposals shall be
submitted to me by November 1, 1981; and

5. All departments and agencies of State
government shall cooperate with the Council in
carrying out its work.

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER concerning

Reorganization of State Government - The Office
of Minority Affairs

FOR the purpose of abolishing the Office of Minority
Business Enterprise as part of the Department of
Economic and Community Development; making the Office
of Minority Affairs a statutory office in the Executive
Department; transferring the personnel and
appropriations of the Office of Minority Business
Enterprise to the Office of Minority Affairs; and
providing for the duties and responsibilities of the
Office.
