HARRY HUGHES, Governor 3279 end all the provisions of this Act are declared to be SUBTITLE 5. PROTECTION FROM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE 4-501. (A) IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE (B) "ABUSE" MEANS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING ACTS (1) TO CAUSE SERIOUS BODILY HARM; (2) TO PLACE ANOTHER IN FEAR OF IMMINENT SERIOUS (3) TO SEXUALLY ABUSE A CHILD, AS DEFINED BY (C) "COURT" MEANS THE DISTRICT COURT OR A CIRCUIT (D) "FAMILY HOME" IS THE PROPERTY IN THIS STATE THAT: (1) IS THE PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE OF THE HOUSEHOLD (2) AT THE TIME OF THE PROCEEDING IS OWNED, (E) "HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS" MEANS SPOUSES, PARENTS, OR 4-502. (A) A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER MAY SEEK RELIEF BY FILING A (B) THE PETITION SHALL BE UNDER OATH AND SHALL CONTAIN (C) (1) THE COST OF FILING THE PETITION MAY BE WAIVED (I) INDIGENT; OR (II) THAT BECAUSE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES THE |
