THE BOARD MAY SEEK FUNDS FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT,
FOUNDATIONS, AND OTHER SOURCES IN ADDITION TO STATE FUNDING.

517. 516.

(A)  UNLESS EXTENDED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, THE BOARD
SHALL TERMINATE WITH THE ADJOURNMENT SINE DIE OF THE REGULAR
1981 SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

(B)  ALL RECORDS, REPORTS, AND OTHER MATTERS PERTAINING
TO THE WORK OF THE BOARD SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE HALL OF
RECORDS AT THE BOARD'S TERMINATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Explosives - Black Powder Shooting and Reloading

FOR the purpose of defining a certain term; allowing certain
persons to possess certain explosives for use in
firearms without a license; establishing certain
storage and use restrictions for these persons;
permitting exceptions under certain restrictions;
altering application requirements for certain licenses;
providing for certain requirements for storage of
explosives; altering the term of certain licenses;
redefining a certain term; repealing a certain power of
the State Fire Prevention Commission; clarifying
language; and generally relating to the personal use of
certain explosives for the use in firearms.
