(E) CRIMINAL OR CIVIL PENALTIES MAY NOT BE IMPOSED
UPON A CUSTODIAN WHO TRANSFERS OR DISCLOSES THE CONTENT OF
ANY PUBLIC RECORD TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AS PROVIDED IN THE
"EMPLOYEE DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY PROTECTION"
SUBTITLE OF ARTICLE 64A.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Homeless Women - Shelter

FOR the purpose of establishing in the Department of Human
Resources a model shelter home for "homeless women" to
be administered by the Social Services Administration;
providing that certain funds shall be appropriated from
the annual budget; and generally relating to a shelter
home for "homeless women".

Article 88A - Social Services Administration

Section 124 through 127, inclusive, to be under the new

subtitle "Homeless Women - Shelter"

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
