resident who determines that he does not wish to sign the
rental agreement shall give to the park owner notice of an
intent to vacate. The notice may be, at the discretion of
the resident, for a period of not more than 60 days after
the 60-day consideration period and, during this period a
park owner may not terminate the tenancy or institute an
eviction proceeding except for cause under this Act.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

State Lottery Commission - Appeals

FOR the purpose of granting the Lottery Commission the power
to hear and decide an appeal and review any decision of
the Lottery Director to license a lottery agent of any
denial by the Lottery Director of the licensing of a
lottery agent.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(H) TO HEAR AN APPEAL AND REVIEW ANY DECISION OF THE
DIRECTOR TO LICENSE A LOTTERY AGENT PURSUANT TO SUBSECTION

(H) TO HEAR AND DECIDE AN APPEAL OF ANY DENIAL BY THE
DIRECTOR OF THE LICENSING OF A LOTTERY AGENT PURSUANT TO
SUBSECTION 8(E) OF THIS ARTICLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
