2954 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 837 (I) THE STUDENT RESIDES WITHIN 5 MILES OF (II) TRANSPORTATION IS NOT REQUIRED; (III) THE WORCESTER COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION AGREES; AND (IV) THE SOMERSET COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION PAYS THE COSTS OF THE EDUCATION. (4) THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION SHALL APPLY TO PARAGRAPH (3) OF THIS SUBSECTION. (I) A STUDENT WHO RESIDES IN SOMERSET (II) MEMBERS OF THOSE SAME FAMILIES MAY (III) WHEN THE CYCLE DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPH (4)(I) AND (II) OF THIS SUBSECTION IS COMPLETE, (3) THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS APPLY IN SOMERSET (I) A STUDENT WHO RESIDES IN SOMERSET (II) BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF STUDENTS DESCRIBED IN SUBPARAGRAPH (I) OF THIS PARAGRAPH MAY ATTEND (III) WHEN THE CYCLE DESCRIBED IN SUBPARAGRAPHS (I) AND (II) OF THIS PARAGRAPH IS COMPLETE, (II) AFTER ALL OF THE STUDENTS DESCRIBED SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 27, 1980.
