fund of up to $100,000 $125,000 for this project. The
Weinberg Center shall have until June 1, 1982 to present
evidence satisfactory to the Board of Public Works that this
fund of the amount of matching funds that will be provided.
Upon receiving from the Board of Public Works on or before
June 1, 1982, a certification of suitable evidence, The
Board of Public Works shall certify to the Treasurer of the
State the amount of matching funds to be provided and the
proceeds of the loan shall be expended in accordance with
the provisions of this Act in the ratio of $2 $1 State
funds for every $1 in matching funds. If satisfactory
evidence of the raising of at least an equal and matching
fund for this project is not presented to the Board of
Public Works on or before June 1, 1982, the proceeds of the
loan Proceeds of this loan that cannot be expended in
accordance with this Act shall be transferred to the Annuity
Bond Fund and applied to the debt service requirements of
the State.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1980.

Creation of a state Debt - Airport
Development Program and Construction

FOR the purpose of amending a certain section of Chapter 714
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1968 to comply
with the Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970;
and correcting language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 714 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1968
