AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Use of Lighting Equipment

FOR the purpose of permitting the use of certain lighting
equipment by certain vehicles under certain
circumstances.

Section 22-218.3 22-221(f)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1977 Volume and 1979 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Transportation

22-218.3 22-221.

(F) WARNING LAMPS MAY BE USED BY THE OPERATOR OF ANY
VEHICLE HAVING A GROSS WEIGHT OF 40,000 POUNDS OR MORE WHEN
THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT IS IN EXCESS OF 45 MILES PER HOUR AND
THE VEHICLE IS TRAVELING AT LEAST 20 MILES PER HOUR UNDER
THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

used for the renovation and equipping of a building in
Columbia, Maryland, to house the Museum of Ceramic Art,
