MAINTAIN AND REPORT ANNUALLY TO THE GOVERNOR AN ACCOUNTING
OF EXISTING AWARDS. UPON APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS BY THE
LEGISLATURE, THE COMPTROLLER OF THE TREASURY SHALL SATISFY
EXISTING AWARDS IN ORDER OF DATE OF AWARD.

(D) IF THE UNIVERSITY HAS SUFFICIENT FUNDS AVAILABLE
TO SATISFY ANY AWARD UNDER THIS SECTION AT THE TIME THE
AWARD IS RENDERED, THE AWARD SHALL BE SATISFIED AS SOON AS
PRACTICABLE BUT NOT MORE THAN 20 DAYS AFTER THE AWARD
BECOMES FINAL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Unemployment Insurance - Nonprofit Organizations

FOR the purpose of describing certain payments which may be
made in lieu of contributions to the unemployment
insurance fund; providing for continued liability for
payment of certain benefits under certain
circumstances; and providing that certain accounts of
certain nonprofit organizations continue to be liable
for certain benefits; and providing to whom this Act
shall apply.
