The provisions of this section apply to all contractual
relations entered into by married or unmarried women,
including retail credit accounts [of] OR retail installment
sales as [defined] DESCRIBED, respectively, in Title 12,
Subtitles 5 and 6 of the Commercial Law Article of the Code.

240AA.
(b) An insurer intending to take an action subject to
the provisions of this section shall, on or before
forty-five days prior to the proposed effective date of the
action, send written notice of its intended action to the
insured at his last known address. A written notice of
cancellation or nonrenewal shall be sent by certified mail.
All other notices of action subject to the provisions of
this section shall be sent by certificate of mailing. The
notice shall be in triplicate, and shall state in clear and
specific terms, on a form approved by the Commissioner:
(iv) If there is coupled with the notice
an offer to continue or renew the policy in accordance with
[§ 240C] § 240C-1 hereof, the name of the person or persons
to be excluded from coverage, and what the premium would be
if the policy is continued or renewed with such person or
persons excluded from coverage;

(b) A huckster, hawker or peddler may not sell or
offer for sale any vegetables, eggs, poultry, meats or other
farm products, at wholesale or retail, or any dry goods or
clothing at retail until he first has taken out a license
for that purpose in accordance with the provisions of this
section. However, this [subtitle] section does not apply to
farmers or growers selling their own vegetables or other
perishable farm products.

Every person, club, corporation or association which
may hold or exercise any of the privileges conferred by this
subtitle shall, within 72 hours after the determination of
every contest, furnish to the Commission a written report,
under oath, showing the exact number of tickets sold for
such contest, and the amount of gross proceeds thereof, and
such other matters as the Commission may prescribe, and
shall also within the said time pay to the said Commission a
license fee of ten percentum (10%) of its total gross
receipts from the sale of tickets of admission and the sale
of radio, television or motion picture rights to such boxing
or sparring or wrestling match, contest or exhibition, with
a minimum fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) where four
(4) or less persons are employed for said contest, and a
