(1)  Licensed to practice medicine in this State;
or

(2)  Licensed to practice medicine by any state
and authorized by this State to practice medicine in this
State.

[(3)] (D) "Secretary" means the Secretary of
Health and Mental Hygiene.

[(d)] (E) [Board] "BOARD" means the Maryland Board of
Examiners of Nurses.

325D.

(a) In this section the following words have the
meanings indicated:

(5) "Approved urinal" means any single,
flush-type urinal using no more [that] THAN 1 1/2 gallons of
water per flush, with the rate based on a pressure at the
fixture of 40-50 pounds per square inch.

328.

It shall not be lawful for any person, firm or
corporation to advertise himself or itself as a "master
plumber" or "registered plumber" unless such person, or
someone associated with such firm or corporation is a master
plumber and has been issued a certificate of competency as
provided in §§ 329, 334 and 335 of this article and in the
case of plumbing advertisements in firm or corporate names,
all such advertisements shall contain the name of a person
associated therewith who is a master plumber. Any person,
firm or corporation and the members, officers, or agents of
such firm or corporation violating the provisions of this
section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction, shall be fined not less than five dollars, nor
more than fifty dollars, for every day or every part of
every day that said violation continues. The provisions of
this section shall be applicable only within Baltimore City.
Provided, that this section shall not extend to any persons
licensed under the provisions of §§ [735 to 755 of Article
66C] 8-601 THROUGH 8-614 OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES ARTICLE of
the Annotated Code.

666.

After the passage of this subtitle, whenever the county
or the property owners or residents of any locality in the
area served by a district shall desire a water, sewerage or
solid waste disposal system or part thereof, including a
solid waste acceptance facility, to be constructed or
provided in that county or locality, and the commission
shall decide that it is inexpedient or impracticable at that
time, owing to the remoteness from its general system or
other causes, to build or provide the system or facility,
