(a)  To supplement the appropriation
"Construction of the Security Boulevard
Police Barracks...", as shown on page
2694 of the Acts of 1977; Section 8
l.(6) of Chapter 671 of the Acts of 1977
being hereby modified to the extent that
said work may begin upon satisfactory
assurances to the Board of Public Works
that said project may be completed with
the aggregate of the funds herein and
heretofore appropriated for that purpose

headquarters of the Department of

(a)  To supplement the appropriation for
"Conversion of the Fisheries Building to
house the Department of Geology" as
shown on page 1211 of the Acts of 1979;
Section 1(7) of Chapter 420 of the Acts
of 1979 being hereby modified to the
extent that said work may begin upon
satisfactory assurances to the Board of
Public Works that said project can be
completed with the aggregate of the
funds herein and heretofore appropriated
for that purpose; and for acquisition of
capital equipment for the building
