(B) (5) THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE
SHALL PRODUCE ANNUALLY STATE AND LOCAL POPULATION ESTIMATES,
WHICH INCLUDE AGE, SEX, AND RACE GROUPS WITHIN EACH COUNTY
IN CONSULTATION WITH THE MARYLAND HEALTH PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Charles County - Fox Hunting or Trapping

FOR the purpose of permitting a person in Charles County to
hunt or trap fox at certain times of the year.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

10-406.

(b) (5) In CHARLES AND Dorchester [County] COUNTIES, a
person may hunt or trap a fox or possess the pelt of a fox
at any time of year.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
