6-203.

(a) The incorporators shall adopt bylaws for the
credit union and SHALL SIGN AND acknowledge [three] TWO
copies of them.

6-204.

(a) The incorporators shall file with the Bank
Commissioner for examination the [three] TWO copies of the
articles of incorporation and bylaws.

(d) (3) If formation of the credit union is approved,
the Bank Commissioner shall:

(i) Return [two] ONE of the endorsed
copies of the articles and bylaws to the incorporators; and

(ii) Keep and record one of the endorsed
copies.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Financial Records - Electronic Terminals

FOR the purpose of providing that a certain provision of law
relating to financial records includes any record made
by means of an electronic terminal.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - Financial Institutions
Section l-301(c)
Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter __ (H.B. 1) of the Acts

of the General Assembly of 1980)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter ____ (H.B. 1) of the Acts of the

General Assembly of 1980) be repealed, amended, or enacted
to read as follows:
