(2)  A person may not set or fish with any gill
net within 1,200 feet of any pier that supports either span
of the William Preston Lane, Jr. Memorial Bridge between
May 1 and October 31, inclusive.

(3)  A person may not set or fish with any gill
net in the Chesapeake Bay, excluding its tributaries, south
of a line drawn from Howell Point to Taylor Island Point in
the upper bay to a line drawn from Kent Point to Curtis
Point in the mouth of West River between June 1 and October
31, inclusive.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Special Tax District

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Cecil County

Commissioners to create, change, and abolish special

tax districts in the county for the purpose of

providing certain municipal services to residents of
the districts; defining and specifying the powers of
these districts; specifying the powers of the County
Commissioners regarding these districts; authorizing
the levy of property taxes in these districts; and
providing for special tax districts in Cecil County
creating, making provision for, and generally relating
to the Crystal Beach Manor Special Taxing District in
Cecil County.
