(c) Bonds of the housing opportunities commission of
Montgomery County AND BONDS OF THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY
HOUSING AUTHORITY may be sold either at public or private
sale in the manner and upon the terms as are authorized by
resolution of the commission OR THE AUTHORITY.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission
(Subdivision Regulations)
PG/MC 44-80
FOR the purpose of providing that the subdivision
regulations in Prince George's County may provide for
classification of subdivisions as major or minor
subdivisions; providing that a sketch plan may be
required; providing that the planning director may
approve minor subdivision plats on behalf of the
Commission; and relating generally to subdivision
regulations in Prince George's County.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 66D - Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission
Section 7-115(a) and 7-116(b)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(a) No plat of any subdivision of land within the
regional district shall be admitted to the land records of
either Montgomery or Prince George's County, or received or
recorded by the clerks of the courts of these counties,
