AN ACT concerning

Water Quality Projects - State Grants

FOR the purpose of amending Section 5(c)(2) of Chapter 262
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1975, Section
5(2)(b)(2) of Chapter 55 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1973, as amended, and Section 5(b)l. of
Chapter 699 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1969
1967, as amended, to provide the percentage of the
State grant required when the federal grant is greater
than a certain percentage of the total cost of a
project under these Water Quality Loan Acts.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 262 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1975
Section 5(c)(2)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 55 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1973
(as amended by Chapter 262 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1975)

Section 5(2)(b)(2)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 699 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1967
(as amended by Chapter 55 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1973 and Chapter 262 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1975)

Section 5(b)l.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL    ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That chapter(s) of the Acts of    the General

Assembly be repealed, amended, or enacted    to read as
follows:

Chapter 262 of the Acts of 1975

(c) The remainder of the proceeds of such loan shall
