(iv) The governing body of the county and,
Where applicable, the city where the project is located have
entered into an agreement with the owner for the payment of
negotiated amounts in lieu of all county and city taxes,
providing for apportionment, where applicable, between the
county and city.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

Discipline of Physicians

FOR the purpose of providing that the failure of a physician
to meet certain standards of quality medical care
surgical care performed in certain outpatient
facilities is unprofessional conduct to be used by the
Commission on Medical Discipline in disciplining a
physician.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(as enacted by Chapter 621 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1980) be repealed, amended, or enacted to read
as follows:

Article 43 - Health

(h) When the Commission has completed its
investigation according to the process outlined herein, it
may reprimand a physician or place him on probation, revoke
or suspend his license, or dismiss the charges against the
physician for any of the causes listed below as
unprofessional conduct:
