ACTIVITY IF THEIR ACTIONS ARE TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH AND WITHIN
THE SCOPE OF THE COMMITTEES' JURISDICTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Property Tax Credits ---

Ladew Topiary Gardens

FOR the purpose of permitting Harford County to allow a
credit against county property taxation for real
property owned by the trustees of Ladew Topiary
Gardens, Inc. and for certain real property used
primarily for agricultural purposes when such real
property does not receive an agricultural use
assessment; and providing that the County Council shall
adopt procedures governing the amount of the credit,
eligibility, and application procedures for the credit
relating to agricultural land.
