PLACED BY THE STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION;

(III) (II) AS TO PARKING SPACES WHICH WERE

DESIGNATED FOR THE USE OF HANDICAPPED PERSONS PRIOR TO JULY

1, 1980, A LOCAL AUTHORITY MAY REVIEW THE DESIGNATION AND

EITHER RENEW OR REVOKE THE DESIGNATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH

CRITERIA ADOPTED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Trucks - Financing Charge

FOR the purpose of placing previously unsupervised loan
transaction within the Retail Installment Sales Act
and under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of

Consumer Credit, with the concurrence of the

Commissioner, by including all retail installment sales
regardless of amount; and providing certain limits to
the finance charge rate that may be charges for a
noncommercial loan in connection with the purchase of a
new truck or trailer exempting the sales of new trucks,
trailers, and semitrailers purchased for industrial,
commercial, or agricultural purposes from certain
finance charge limits.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, adding to

Section 12-601(j) and 12-609(a) 12-609(e)
